The three-leg drilling platform is a steel, triangular, cantilever, non-propelling type.
The hull of main platform is designed as box structure. Its platform resembles a trigon. Three columnar legs locate two legs in the stern and one in the bow. Spud can for each leg is fully retracted inside the main hull while towing. Each leg is fixed to the hull through twelve (12) jacking units to support main hull at proposed height. Raising and lowering of the legs is accomplished by means of electric powered pinions driving racks built into each leg.
